VOLUNTEER TRAINING

If you wish to be a volunteer for the Village, please complete an application before confirming participation in our training. 

For the training, we ask that you bring an item of importance from an older person in your life. It could be anything--a photograph, a handmade item, jewelry, military pins, etc. We will go around the room and share the memento and what it means to you. 

Our agenda will cover:

1. Range of volunteer opportunities

2. Review of policies and procedures

3. Other requirements (background checks, driver training)

4. Photo head shot and signing of privacy and confidentiality agreements
