Passing the Torch - Eugene O'Neill and Arthur Miller
Eugene O'Neill's last theatrical hurrah during his lifetime
and Arthur Miller's first great success happened together. The 1946-47 Broadway
season, which featured both O'Neill's The Iceman Cometh and
Miller's All My Sons in many ways marked the changing of the
guard for the American Drama.
