What does it take to build an Earthquake Early Warning system (EEW) that could save lives in the event of an earthquake?

Robert de Groot, of the U.S. Geological Survey Earthquake Science Center will discuss the development of ShakeAlert an EEW for the West Coast of the United States.

Learn how ShakeAlert works and how it will enhance earthquake preparation, response and recovery.
