Lamorinda villagers, come walk the Reservoir with Lafayette Seniors. 

Lafayette Senior center sponsors a reservoir walking group. We meet at the center pergola at 8:50AM on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and start walking at 9:00AM. 

Medical research published in such journals as Neuroscience proves that seniors who follow this program, live longer, are savvier, and much happier. Besides, it clearly meets the Mayo clinic’s recommendation for weekly exercise. 

In addition, the walkers are friendly, have great conversations and are happy.
