Are you a knitter? Are you readily inspired to buy yarn, cast on new projects or finish old works-in-progress? Lamorinda Village has a knitting group for like-minded knitters to gather. We socialize, share ideas, show off our projects and have fun knitting together. Knitting is a positive component of healthy aging. It is meditative and can lower blood pressure. Knitting (or crocheting) together in a social setting is not only a healthy aging benefit but is fun.
Please join our group. We meet twice monthly, on the second and third Thursday of each month from 1:30 to 3 in the Chapel Annex at LOPC (49 Knox Drive, Lafayette). Please note this is a social gathering and not an instructional class. However, all skill levels are welcome.
